Mechanically picked grapes during the freshest hours of the night. Then a direct pressing is made. After a cold settling, part of the harvest is casked in third generation wine barrels and the other part is turned into wine in low temperature tanks, at 16°C.

Maturation Potential:
2008-2010.

Cartonage Fiona 2007

When Bottled:
November 2007.

Winemaker’s Comments:
Strawberry heart colour. Red fruit flavours such as redcurrant and raspberry. Ethereal and slightly acid texture, limber final touch. This gastronomic Rosé will go perfectly with grilled foods and also typical Mediterranean spicy meals.
