Hand picked with double sorting. We chill grapes before doing a cold maceration at 15°C. Then the fermentation begins, the temperature is controlled in order that it does not rise above 26°C. We begin with the rundown and then daily punching and pumping three times per day. Skin contact during 28-30 days. The wine is casked at the end of the fermentation and ages on its sediment for ten months.

Boxwood and woody nose. Sincere and coloured first tone with nutmeg, liquorice and blackcurrant flavour, continuing until a final woody tone. This wine will perfectly combine with cooked meats, red meat and cheese.
