Type of Soil: Limestone, fertile, well drained.
Average Age of Vines: 21- 24 years old.
Viticulture Practice: Trellised. Green harvesting to regulate yields.
Yield per Hectare: 30 Hl.
Time of Harvest: 1st week of September 2005.

Vinification Details: Hand picked with double sorting and Skin contact. Low pressing and juice settled down at 10 12°C. Clear juice is racked after 36h and fermented 50% in tank and 50% in barrels.
Type & Size of Oak Barrels: New and 2nd fill French Oak barrels of 225 litres.
When Bottled: Beginning of December 2006
Maturation Potential: 3 - 4 years.
Winemaker’s Comments: Elegant and bright wine with a powerful nose. Floral and fruit flavours. Fresh with a hint of fruit aromas An ideal summer wine to be enjoyed with starters, fish and light food. Enjoy it and practice your sens.
