Assemblage: 35% Cab.Sauv, 30% Syrah, 20% Cab.Frc, 15% Merlot.
Position in Vineyards: Exposed West North West.
Type of Soil: Limestone, well drained.
Average Age of Vines: 21 - 23 years old.
Viticulture Practice: Trellised. Green harvesting to regulate yields. Open canopy.
Yield per Hectare: 35 hL.
Time of Harvest: 2nd week of September for the syrah, 3rd week of September for Merlot and Cabernets.

Vinification Details: Hand picked with double sorting, before and after destemming. Parts of grapes are crushed. We chilled grapes before doing a cold maceration, then, the temperature is going up to 30-32°. Rundown first and then punching and pumping over everyday. Skin Contact during 28-30 days.
Type & Size of Oak Barrels: New barrel and 1st fill 225 litres, French Oak 2nd fill and 3rd fill barrels 300 litres, French Oak. The barrels are filled in November and the wine aged on the lees during 14 months.
When Bottled: April 2007.
Apogée Prévisible: 2007 - 2009.
